Jamie advises all types of clients in a number of sectors and industries, including manufacturing, technology, and education and is also a member of our recognised healthcare team, predominantly advising pharmacies on sales, purchases and refinances.

Recent examples of how Jamie has helped our clients include:

• £2.8m disposal in the technology sector;
• £20m refinance of a property investment group;
• Various acquisitions for a large pharmacy multiple; and
• Acting for a private equity backed company on a trail of multi-million pound acquisitions.

Personal

Jamie has a young family, enjoys the outdoors and taking part in a variety of sports, in particular competing in triathlons, having recently competed in the Staffordshire Ironman. Jamie also enjoys Formula 1.
