Ben joined the team in December 2025 as a legal assistant, gaining experience in landlord and tenant matters and commercial sales and purchases, before progressing to trainee solicitor in May 2026.

Practice areas

Ben is a trainee solicitor in the Commercial Property team, based at the Cannock office. He works with businesses of all sizes, landlords, tenants and individuals across a broad range of commercial property matters.

His work covers landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals and grants of new leases, along with commercial sales and purchases and property support on corporate transactions. He also assists with residential matters and sales of new build properties.

Ben is a firm believer in clear and frequent communication, and a warm and collaborative approach to every matter. He wants clients to feel comfortable raising any enquiry or concern, and makes sure questions are answered promptly and in plain English.

That focus on client engagement means people stay informed at every stage and understand where a matter stands before moving forward.
