Corporate Solicitor

  • Dudley
  • Full time

We are looking for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join our established corporate team in Dudley, advising on M&A, shareholder agreements and general company law for a broad client base of SMEs and owner-managed businesses.

Salary competitive and dependent on experience.

Our PQE requirement is for reference only. It indicates the level of knowledge and experience likely to be needed, but it is not a rigid requirement, and we would be happy to consider applications from other qualified fee earners with different levels of PQE.

How to apply: send a letter and CV (not more than two sides of A4) to hr@ansons.law.

Trainee Solicitor Programme

  • Full time

We are always keen to hear from ambitious and committed graduates who are ready to take the next step in their legal career by joining our Trainee Solicitor Programme.

You will work alongside and learn from experienced solicitors, and the variety of our work gives trainees broad, hands-on experience across several areas of law. With the support of colleagues, structured training and regular feedback, the programme gives you the skills, confidence and professional insight you need to succeed in law.

As part of the recruitment process, candidates may be invited to complete a work placement with the firm before a formal training contract is offered.

How to apply: Rebecca Head oversees our trainee solicitor recruitment. Complete the application form and send it with your CV to Rebecca Head at rhead@ansons.law.
