Our approach
Negotiation and mediation first, court when it is needed

How do you resolve a business dispute?

We focus on practical, strategic solutions that protect your commercial interests and your reputation. Wherever possible we aim to settle disputes through negotiation or mediation, helping you avoid the stress and cost of court proceedings.

We give clear, actionable advice at every stage, from the first discussions through to resolution or, if necessary, representation in court.

What is alternative dispute resolution?

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) means settling a dispute without a court deciding it, most often through mediation. We actively promote mediation and other forms of ADR wherever possible: they can save time, preserve relationships and often achieve better outcomes than litigation alone.

We guide you through each option and help you choose the most effective route to a resolution.
