Practice areas

Charlie is a trainee solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team, based at the Cannock office. He joined Ansons in July 2025 and works closely with directors and colleagues across the team, supporting a wide range of corporate transactions and company law matters.

His work covers company sales and purchases, company incorporations, share allotments and reorganisations, Companies House filings, board minutes and shareholder resolutions, and due diligence exercises. He helps ensure transactions progress efficiently and that documents are prepared accurately.

Corporate transactions often involve complex legal processes and tight deadlines. Charlie aims to communicate clearly, respond promptly to enquiries and keep matters moving wherever possible.

By taking a practical, commercially minded approach and paying close attention to detail, Charlie helps make the process as straightforward as possible for clients working towards their business objectives.
