Charlie Woolman is a trainee solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team, based at the Cannock office. He joined Ansons in July 2025 and works closely with directors and colleagues across the team, supporting a wide range of corporate transactions and company law matters.

He assists with due diligence, legal research and the preparation of board minutes and shareholder resolutions, helping transactions progress accurately and on time.

His work covers company sales and purchases, company incorporations, share allotments and reorganisations, Companies House filings, board minutes and shareholder resolutions and due diligence exercises. He helps ensure transactions progress efficiently and that documents are prepared accurately.
