Ranjit Shergill specialises in commercial property, civil and contentious probate disputes, advising individuals, businesses, landlords, property developers and charities across a wide range of complex matters. With 12 years' experience, he has conducted cases from the County Court through to the Court of Appeal.
Ranjit advises across a broad range of dispute resolution matters, with particular focus on commercial property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, possession claims, easements and covenants. He also handles commercial and civil disputes covering director and shareholder matters, professional negligence and debt recovery, as well as contentious probate and trust claims.
His property dispute work covers leases, boundaries, easements, covenants, possession claims, nuisance and trespass, as well as constructive trusts, TOLATA claims and proprietary estoppel. He also advises on property contracts, conditional contracts concerning development and land registration disputes.
On the commercial and civil side, Ranjit handles director and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, partnership disputes and debt recovery. He also advises on contentious wills and probate matters.
