She also advises on construction disputes, contractual claims, debt and credit hire disputes and private members’ club issues. Recent work includes securing possession of land for a co-owner together with an award of damages, resolving complex disputes concerning rights of way (including registration), assisting with adverse possession claims and obtaining declarations in relation to restrictive covenants affecting development land.
