I had an excellent experience purchasing a property with the help of David Alexander of Ansons Solicitors. He was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. All queries were answered promptly, and his attention to detail helped make what can be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I appreciated his clear communication and proactive approach which ensured everything progressed smoothly, on time, and at a fair price. I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling a property.

The smoothest and most stress free conveyancing experience!
I have moved house a number of times and have worked in estate agency for 20 plus years, I highly recommend David Alexander as my solicitor of choice for the smoothest and most stress free service.
His communication and efficient professional advice is second to none.
The fees may be slightly greater than some but I consider that my peace of mind during the sale / purchase of my home to be well worth every penny.
Thank you for making the conveyancing process trouble free.

David Alexander from Ansons was the conveyancer on my house sale. After having a not so great experience when buying the house with a different solicitor, David has completely changed my perception of conveyancing solicitors. David was friendly, reassuring and really went out of his way to ensure my house sale completed on time. David’s communication is excellent. He would answer my emails and return my calls the same day which I have never experienced before. I am sure he has many files to work on but it really felt like I was his only client. Thank you David for making a stressful experience a lot easier.

I used Ansons ( Lichfield) to oversee the sale of my house and my purchase of my new house.
David Alexander represented me. His constant attention to detail, robust actions and speed of service, and his impressive encouragement to other legal professionals to keep things moving allowed a very good transaction process. He is friendly, approachable and respectful. Together with secretary Dawn, my house sale and subsequent purchase was relatively stress free and straight forward.

Excellent Conveyancing services from David Alexander and his team at Ansons Law in Lichfield.
We were selling a freehold property to a company and buying a leasehold over 60’s apartment from the proceeds.
David kept us informed of all activities at every stage and quickly responded to any queries we had.
We felt very well supported throughout. Highly recommended.
Thank you, David.
