He also has specialist experience in matters involving Personal Representatives, Attorneys and Deputies, including Probate sales and Court of Protection transactions.

Jonathan guides clients through title information, contract enquiries, searches and the completion process, always aiming to make things as clear and straightforward as possible. He understands that moving home can be a stressful experience and works hard to keep clients informed and reassured throughout.

He also has particular experience in Probate sales and transactions involving Attorneys acting under Powers of Attorney and Deputies appointed by the Court of Protection.
