She manages residential sale and purchase transactions from initial instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other parties throughout the process, and takes a hands-on role in progressing matters, including managing searches, preparing reports, dealing with contract documentation, co-ordinating completion arrangements and keeping all parties updated so that transactions progress smoothly.
