I have had the pleasure of working with Alex-Jayne Lowe for many years, and most recently whilst acting on our behalf on the January 2026 acquisition of a freehold premises occupied by a recently acquired Automotive component manufacturer based in Nottingham. I would have no reservation whatsoever in recommending Alex-Jayne personally (and her firm Ansons Law corporately) in that she has always navigated through transactions effectively, efficiently and with a cool head despite the problems that inevitably crop up in these sorts of transactions. A trusted corporate advisor is a valuable resource and I can certainly recommend Alex-Jayne in that capacity. I look forward to working with her on subsequent transactions through the coming years.
