Hollie joined the Commercial Property team as a Paralegal in October 2025 before progressing to a Trainee Solicitor role in May 2026, gaining direct experience across sales, acquisitions and landlord and tenant matters.

Practice areas

Hollie is a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Ansons, based in Sutton Coldfield. She joined the firm as a Paralegal in October 2025 and progressed into her trainee role in May 2026, building on experience she had already gained working in commercial property at both international and local firms.

Hollie supports the team across a range of transactions, from the outset through to completion. Her work includes drafting and negotiating documents, investigating title, reporting to clients and liaising with other legal advisers. She assists on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters, and takes a practical, collaborative approach to making sure transactions move forward efficiently.
