We made an appointment as met with Satnaam Kaur, who was a lovely human being. She took the time to explain the legal terms in ways that my parents and I could understand and gave sound advice on how best to rewrite my Dad's will. A draft copy was sent to us for approval just a few working days later and the whole process was completed in a few weeks (mostly due to us delaying our response to the draft).
