Wills, Probate & Trusts
Over 20 years’ experience helping individuals and families with wills, estate planning, probate and trusts, from straightforward estates to complex family and business arrangements.
A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (ALL), Rebecca is also a MENCAP-recommended solicitor advising families supporting loved ones with learning disabilities.
Known for avoiding legal jargon and explaining things in a down-to-earth way, Rebecca has been described by clients as “user-friendly” and is trusted by many families across several generations.
Rebecca advises on all aspects of wills, probate and estate planning, including the preparation of wills, planning for inheritance tax and care home fees, and the administration of estates—whether straightforward or more complex, including those involving business interests. She has particular experience in issues surrounding mental capacity and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as the creation and administration of trusts, including declarations of trust.
Rebecca understands that many people find dealing with solicitors and planning for the future daunting. She takes time to get to know her clients and their families, offering clear, practical advice and, where needed, home or hospital visits and flexible appointments.
