Alex-Jayne is a Director in the commercial property team and has over twenty years of experience advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, development, secured lending and re-finance, corporate support and commercial landlord and tenant matters.

• Sales and acquisitions of all types of commercial property;
• Advising both landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial lease transactions;
• Advising banks and bridging lenders as well as borrowers in connection with secured lending matters; and
• property aspects of corporate transactions.

Experience

• Advised a major precision tube manufacturer in relation to the £7.5m acquisition of a key industrial, steel sector site in the Black Country;
• Acted for a leading technology company in connection with the disposal of its former warehouse facility in Warwickshire;
• Acted for a pharmaceutical sector manufacturer and distributor in connection with the lease of an extensive warehouse and distribution centre at a rent of over £1 million per annum.

Personal

Alex is married with two children and spends most of her free time supporting her kids and their extra-curricular activities which usually involves watching a lot of cricket and acting as a sound engineer/roadie.
Alex is also a governor at a local primary school.
