Some of our work is charged on an hourly basis, depending on the time spent on your file by our solicitors and fee earners. The hourly rate that applies to your matter will depend on the experience and qualification of the fee earner handling your case.
Full details of the fee earner handling your matter, and the rate that applies, will be confirmed in your client care letter at the start of the matter.

All of our hourly rates are exclusive of VAT, which is chargeable at the rate of 20% (i.e. VAT is payable on top of the figures set out above). Where our client is VAT registered, they will be able to reclaim the VAT from HMRC in the normal manner.
