Louise qualified as a solicitor in April 2019 and is a member of the Dispute Resolution team in the Cannock office.

Louise has a particular specialism in property litigation, dealing with the following:
- Residential Landlord and Tenant Disputes;
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant Disputes;
- Leasehold Enfranchisement where there is an absent Landlord;
- TOLATA Claims;
- Advising in relation to restrictive covenants and rights of way;
- Obtaining Charging Orders; and
- Neighbour Disputes.
In addition, Louise provides advice to clients in relation to the following:
- Construction Disputes;
- Contractual Disputes;
- Debt Collection; and
- Private Members Club Disputes.

Recent examples of how Louise has helped her clients include:
- Securing possession of land for sale from an unco-operative co-owner together with an award for damages.
- Assisting with the conduct of a complex case relating to the regularisation of a right of way.
- Successfully defending against a third-party claim to an interest in a property.
- Securing possession of two commercial properties in complex circumstances.
- Providing advice and representation in the County Court and High Court.
Personal
In her spare time, Louise enjoys taking part in gym classes, attending live comedy shows and the theatre and also has a keen interest in designing and making her own clothes.
