Questions

Common questions about getting in touch

How quickly will someone get back to me?

We aim to respond as soon as possible during working hours. If your enquiry is urgent, call your nearest office so we can deal with it straight away.

Which office should I contact?

Whichever is easiest for you. Every office can take your enquiry, and we will put you in touch with the right person wherever they are based.

Can I meet a solicitor in person?

Yes. Appointments are available at our Lichfield, Cannock, Sutton Coldfield and Dudley offices. We recommend booking so the right person is available.

Do you offer video appointments?

Yes, during working hours. Our family law team can also arrange appointments outside working hours when needed.

What should I include in my enquiry?

A short summary is enough: what has happened, any key dates or deadlines and, for property matters, the postcode. If there is a court date or deadline coming up, call us as well.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the matter. Prices and service information for our regulated services, including conveyancing, are on our transparency page. For anything else, ask us for a quote when you get in touch.

Can I email you?

Yes, at info@ansons.law, or use the form on this page.
