Victoria works on a variety of employment and litigation matters for both employees and employers, as well as for individuals and businesses involved in civil disputes.

Her work includes supporting clients with grievances and disciplinary processes, redundancy and restructuring, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, and the negotiation of settlement agreements.

She also assists with contract and other commercial disputes, helping to prepare documentation, manage cases and explore negotiation or alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
