Practice areas

Lucy works alongside senior lawyers on a variety of civil and employment disputes. Her work includes assisting with contract and debt claims, shareholder and director disputes, property and landlord/tenant issues and employment matters such as grievances, disciplinaries and redundancy processes.

She helps draft correspondence and court documents, prepares bundles, liaises with clients, counsel and witnesses, and supports negotiations and settlement discussions.
