Ansons Solicitors’ specialist pharmacy law team has recently acted for Lloyds bank in its multi-million pound refinancing of a major retail pharmacy multiple in the North of England. 

With 14 retail pharmacy outlets across a wide group structure, the refinancing involved both significant corporate structuring and commercial property work for the lawyers at Ansons.

The Ansons’ corporate law team, led by Hilary D’Cruz and Jasbinder Singh, team regularly acts for those thinking of buying or selling a pharmacy or a chain of pharmacies.
