Jacob Rickett leads our outsourcing and public procurement service, his experience includes working for a large police force developing and implementing new procurement and contract polices and procedures following the introduction of the Public Contract Regulation 2015, advising police forces, local authorities and universities on procurement and providing representation and advice against challenges.
