The commercial property team at Ansons Solicitors in Staffordshire are pleased to announce that Matthew Easter has now qualified as a solicitor.

Matthew joined Ansons in 2014 as a trainee solicitor in the dispute resolution team where he assisted clients in resolving a range of legal issues, including landlord and tenant disputes, business contract disputes and debt recovery.

Matthew then moved to the commercial property team where he advises clients on a full range of commercial property issues including sales and acquisitions of commercial property, financing and re-financing of properties and landlord and tenant commercial lease negotiations. He qualified as a solicitor in November 2016.

Matthew has assisted a number of clients on a range of issues including advising and negotiating on the grant of a new pharmacy lease and advising on the property aspects of a multi-million pound share sale.
