Ansons Solicitors in Staffordshire are delighted to welcome the newest member of its team, Mark Buttery, who joined the firm on 1 October as the new Head of Family department.

Mark, who joins Ansons from Cutler Buttery Solicitors, will be heading the family team across all offices.

As a Resolution accredited family lawyer and a mediator with over 25 years of experience in advising clients on all family law matters, Mark has earned himself a reputation for his ability to manage any case, no matter how complex.

His experience in representing parents and children in children proceedings has led to Mark receiving instructions from all over the country and he often receives referrals from other local family law solicitors who require his higher level of expertise. Mark has a particular aptitude for dealing with complicated matters and resolving financial disputes for high net worth individuals in a client focused manner.

The Ansons family team already have an excellent reputation across Staffordshire, and have recently extended their family services in Lichfield and Cannock to include appointments at modern offices in Sutton Coldfield and now Halesowen.

The family team advises on a wide range of matters including divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, arrangements for children, financial arrangements and domestic abuse.
