Marie Tisdale, head of Ansons Solicitors’ wills and probate team, has been appointed clerk to the local Mary Slater Charity.

The Mary Slater Charity was formed in 1955 to provide vital support to people living within Lichfield with health related issues. Every year they give out an average £30,000 to organisations and individuals, for everything from recuperative holidays to standing frames and electric beds for those who need them.

Marie’s role as clerk will involve providing expert legal advice and support to the charity, helping them to continue the important work they do. Marie is delighted to have been appointed and looks forward to being of continued service to the Lichfield community.
