Ansons Solicitors based in Cannock and Lichfield have recently successfully advised the management team of S G Magnets Limited in relation to the management buy-out for an undisclosed sum of S G Magnets Limited based in Rainham in Essex. S G Magnets is a world leader in the supply of magnetic components and assemblies to the automotive, consumer electronics and industrial sectors.

Transcend Corporate Limited provided corporate finance advice to the management team. John Taylor, Managing Director of S G Magnets said “This buy-out had more than its fair share of challenges but S G Magnets is looking forward to continuing to grow market share. The use of non-local advisors was seamless”.
