Environmental and Waste Law

We advise public bodies and companies on a number of environmental issues including waste, water, contaminated land, air quality, nuisance, planning and sustainable development.

Staffordshire based environmental lawyer David Anderton has been involved in dealing with waste law and water law for over 40 years. He served as a non-executive director of a public company engaged in waste management for over 20 years and gave lectures on a trade association waste management course for many years. David has been involved in many of the significant cases which have shaped the law during this period.

David is joined by Jacob Rickett who previously worked in-house at the Environment Agency and has worked for a number of different regulators and companies in private practice working on enforcement and prosecution cases across the environmental, wildlife, fisheries and planning regimes.
