Minimising Risk and Disruption to Clients
With the national and international news being dominated by the worldwide spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) Ansons recognises that people are understandably concerned about the health and wellbeing of themselves and their families and friends.
The situation is changing on a daily basis and causing many challenges for people and businesses alike.
Ansons recognises that the safety of its staff and clients are of paramount importance and we wanted to make you aware of the steps that we have taken to minimise risk and disruption to our business so that we can continue to do what is important to us, serving your legal needs.
Business as Usual
Our offices remain open for business during our normal working hours but we recognise the problems people are now facing. Given our ongoing investment in our IT infrastructure we are able to both work and communicate remotely between ourselves and with our clients where this is required or indeed preferred.
Our systems are tried and tested, safe and robust and we continue to work as effectively and efficiently as is possible in this current and uncertain climate. Things are naturally evolving on a daily basis and we are doing whatever we can to continue to provide the highest levels of service to you.
There will of course be some unavoidable disruption and we appreciate that so many of you have recognised this and supported us as we adapt how we deliver our services.
Monitoring of Ongoing Guidance and Developments
We have a dedicated Covid-19 risk and response team that is regularly monitoring all relevant guidance regarding COVID-19. Communication is key in this climate and our staff are being regularly updated on a daily basis on the latest guidance and recommendations in order to keep them safe and healthy and enabling them to do what they want to do which is to continue serving you to the best of their abilities.
Should any further guidance issued by the Government or Public Health England have a material impact on how we operate then we will continue to keep you informed of such developments and how this may affect you via our website. Our capability for ‘agile working’ should hopefully keep any disruption to a minimum.
If you have any concerns or if we can help you to minimise the impact of COVID-19 on you or your business please speak to your usual Ansons contact.
