The corporate and commercial law team at Ansons Solicitors in Staffordshire has recently advised Wheel Solutions Limited on its acquisition of Gateway Chassis Limited.

Wheel Solutions, based in Cannock, Staffordshire, is one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of wheels, tyres, wheel assemblies and other components and also has a base in Northamptonshire which specialises in chassis for the leisure lodge and residential park home market.

The acquisition of Gateway Chassis, based in Kingston-upon-Hull, which manufactures chassis for the leisure market including caravan holiday homes and leisure lodges, is a great addition to and perfectly complements the existing business of Wheel Solutions.

Legal advice was provided by the Ansons Solicitors corporate law team, led by head of corporate and commercial law, Hilary D’Cruz, and supported by corporate solicitor Jamie Gill and commercial property solicitor Laura Pyatt.

Commercial finance advice was provided by Roy Farmer and Rob Wilson of Dains Corporate Finance and funding for the transaction was provided by Barclays Bank plc.
