We are delighted to be recognised once again in the Chambers and Partners UK 2018 directory as a leading law firm in the West Midlands, Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Our expertise in a number of practice areas is noted, including a first tier ranking for agriculture and rural affairs. Corporate Director Hilary D’Cruz, and Agricultural Law consultant Simon James, have been noted as leading individuals in their fields.

Our Corporate Law team, which is regularly instructed by owner-managed businesses in company sales, group restructures and a range of other corporate matters, is praised for its “experience in small-cap private equity transactions”, with further recognition for “extensive expertise in healthcare and banking sector transactions.”
