Emma has particular experience in the healthcare sector, notably advising in relation to pharmacies and care homes.
Recent examples of how Emma has helped clients include:
• Advising on the share acquisition of a pharmacy for a purchase price of £1.2 million;
• Advising on the share acquisition of a two site pharmacy for a purchase price of circa £2 million;
• Advising on a capital reduction demerger for a client restructuring its group;
• Assisting Hilary D’Cruz and Neil Jones with advising a French domiciled company on the share acquisition of a UK company for a purchase price of circa £21 million; and
• Assisting Hilary D’Cruz and Jamie Gill with advising the shareholders of an environmental company for a purchase price of circa £5 million.
Personal
In her spare time Emma enjoys decorating and furnishing her new home, baking and spending time with her family and friends.
