Ansons Solicitors advised the shareholders of Nidd Transport Limited on their sale of the international freight shipping business for a sale price of £4.6m to AIM listed Xpediator plc.

The Ripon based business was set up 36 years ago by Tony White who has developed the business into an international, multi-million pound turnover company.  Tony will remain with the company for a handover period, with the management team remaining in place longer term and will continue to run the business under the Nidd brand.
